אודות הפרוייקט

שכונת קריית גיורא בעיר אור יהודה הינה שכונת מגורים ותיקה הכוללת מבני "רכבת" בני 3-4 קומות בבניה ותיקה.

השכונה מאופיינת בבניינים מוזנחים עם תשתיות ישנות ובעיות תנועה וגישה רבות.

במסגרת פרויקט פינוי-בינוי, יפונו 1,050 יחידות דיור קיימות לטובת הקמת 4,725 יחידות דיור חדשות, וכן שטחים ציבוריים ירוקים, מוסדות ציבור וחינוך, דרכים חדשות וכו'.

הרחובות הנכללים בפרויקט: סביון, העצמאות, החצב, יקותיאל אדם, היסמין, הרותם, הרדוף, השקמה וכן חלק מהרחובות אבנר, הורד, הערמון.
